Job summary

Fuse Recruitment seeks an experienced assembly professional to join a leading manufacturer producing complex biomedical instruments in a highly regulated environment. The role requires precision, proficiency with hand tools, and strong mechanical aptitude to assemble and test devices.

You will follow SOPs, sign off steps, and contribute to quality data, with a safety-focused, structured workplace and a 7 am to 3 pm shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in skilled assembly, ideally within medical device manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow complex SOP steps in a regulated environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in assembly, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to work in a shift environment and in a safety-focused workplace.

Responsibilities

• Follow health, safety, and manufacturing protocols to assemble and test biomedical products
• Work within detailed SOPs, ensuring every step is signed off accurately
• Use hand tools and mechanical skills to complete complex assembly tasks
• Conduct quality inspections and document assembly/test data precisely
• Maintain a clean, organised workstation to support production flow
