Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Aerospace Painters and Finishing Technicians in Redmond, WA for multiple openings. You will work with small, high‑precision components, applying paints and finishes, and reading blueprints in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Opportunities exist for both experienced painters and entry‑level candidates to develop aerospace finishing skills, with on‑site training and safety emphasis. Roles are contract‑to‑hire, with first and second shifts available and a willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Experience in painting, finishing, cosmetics, or precision-based work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, masking, and finishing processes
• Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to precision components
• Operate spray equipment, including HVLP systems, for applicable positions
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform touch-up work and cosmetic finishing as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Handle small components requiring strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Complete production paperwork and tracking documentation accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
