Qualifications

• 1+ years in high-traceability manufacturing or relevant trade school cert.
• 1+ years using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• 1+ years with test tools and test methods that validate the system.
• Experience reading, interpreting and working from engineering documentation/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Assemble and test LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, avionics, or other aerospace builds
• Participate in process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory
• Independently execute and prioritize work to meet deliverables
• Execute test procedures for component and system testing
• Champion safety requirements in all zones and work locations
• Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
• Support some preventative maintenance on test equipment/data acquisition systems
• Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients
• Contribute to improving SOPs and safety procedures
