We are seeking a high-performing Medical Administrator to support our Practice, patients and medical professionals with reception, administrative and operational needs in a fast-paced, team environment. Key duties include reception, post consult payments and bookings, handling patient calls, and working closely with the team to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Liaison: Provide professional, compassionate assistance to patients and be the friendly voice on the phone and the helpful hand at the desk.

Specialist Correspondence: Manage correspondence, patient lists, scheduling and data management

Reception: Check-in and coordinate patient appointments in the Practice.

Billing: Accurately process payments, Medicare and private health fund claims, process patient accounts.

Financial Administration: Reconcile daily takings and manage banking tasks.

Records Management: Maintain confidential and accurate patient records.
