Australian Community Media, based in Bowral, is seeking a Media Sales Specialist to manage and grow advertising revenue across digital and print products in the Southern Highlands. You will work autonomously and with a high-performing local sales team, delivering tailored media solutions to local businesses to drive results.

The role offers a flexible blend of remote and on-the-ground activity, with a focus on building deep community relationships across the Southern Highlands.

About the Role

As a Media Sales Specialist based in Bowral, you will manage and grow advertising revenue across our trusted digital and print products in the Southern Highlands marketplace. Working both autonomously and with a high-performing local sales team, you will partner directly with local businesses to deliver tailored media solutions that drive results. This role offers a flexible blend of remote and on-the-ground market engagement, ensuring you spend most of your time building deep community relationships.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of face-to-face sales experience or strong transferable account management skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate, build pipelines, and deliver data-driven advertising recommendations to clients.
• Excellent communication skills with a highly organized, self-motivated approach to hitting revenue targets.
• A current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, well-maintained vehicle for regular client visits across the Southern Highlands.
