Seven West Media Limited is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across publishing and digital media. You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver integrated advertising solutions across print, digital, social, events and content marketing.

A consultative sales approach and proven ability to win and grow accounts are essential. You will collaborate with editorial, marketing, and creative teams, manage a robust pipeline, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising solutions and campaigns.
• Confident presenting proposals and building trusted client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline management, and business development capabilities.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded, and results-driven.
• Experience within publishing, media, broadcasting, or digital media is highly regarded.
• Existing agency and advertiser networks are an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Understanding of audience analytics and campaign performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across key industry sectors.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of advertising and sponsorship revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, direct advertisers, and key stakeholders.
• Present compelling multi-platform media solutions across digital, print, content marketing, events, newsletters, and social media.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value advertising partnerships.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, creative, and digital teams to deliver outstanding client campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the media landscape.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and CRM records.
• Represent the business at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
