CT Labour Hire is seeking a Mechanical Trade Assistant to join a small, hands-on workshop team in Brisbane. The role focuses on assembly production line work, reading mechanical drawings, and performing physical, hands-on labour throughout the day.

You will work closely with a small team, use computer systems as required, and must have unrestricted Australian work rights and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Mechanical Trade Assistant – Hands-On Workshop Role

Are you mechanically minded, physically fit and enjoy hands-on work? We want to hear from you!

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Mechanical Trade Assistant to join a small, close-knit team in a busy workshop environment.

This is a physically demanding role suited to someone with previous mechanical or trade assistant experience who enjoys practical work and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assembly production line work
• Able to read mechanical Drawings
• Carrying out physical, hands-on labour throughout the day
• Using computer systems as required
• Working closely with a small team to get the job done

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Assembler, mechanical trade assistant or similar
• Able to work in demanding production environments
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual tasks
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
