Mills Recruitment is helping a growing Australian tech and engineering business in Ballarat, Victoria, to hire a Mechanical Engineer. You’ll work on real, physical engineering solutions from concept to manufacture, installation and commissioning.

You’ll join a team that values practical thinking, collaboration with manufacturing and QA, and delivering reliable, efficient machinery for agriculture, grain handling and manufacturing sectors.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• Solid CAD/CAM experience and strong mechanical design skills.
• Experience analysing requirements and delivering engineering solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
• Strong planning, organisational and multi-project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design mechanical systems and equipment for customer projects.
• Take projects from order confirmation through commissioning.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications and BOMs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and QA to ensure producibility.
• Support product development and improvements across the product range.
• Test, evaluate, and modify designs to meet requirements.
• Ensure designs meet Australian and international standards.
• Participate in R&D and new product development.
