MECCA Liverpool is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver exceptional customer service on a full-time basis, Tue–Sat. You will drive KPI achievement, coach Staff, and partner with the Regional Sales Manager to build a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a large-format retail environment, a strong customer-service ethos, and a proven track record in leadership and sales growth.

• Strong customer service orientation and leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage and motivate store team to meet KPIs and uphold values.

• Attend bi-annual leadership conference in Melbourne with guest speakers from inside and outside the beauty industry.

• Ensure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience

• Attendour bi-annual leadership conference in Melbourne, with motivational guest speakers from both inside and outside the beauty industry providing invaluable guidance for life.

• Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large team

• A true passion for exceptional customer service

• Previous leadership experience with proven sales success and team member development

• Genuinely care about people, and always sees through the eyes of the customer and team to ensure the best customer and team member experience.

• Have an unrelentless pursuit of operational effectiveness with demonstrated back of house experience (highly desired)

• An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others

• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
