MECCA Brands in Miranda, NSW is seeking a Floor Manager for a full-time, fixed-term role ending in Nov 2027. You will support the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead a large team through training and mentorship.

The ideal candidate brings experience managing a large-format retail environment and a strong passion for customer service, with a track record in coaching and developing staff to uphold MECCA values.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience
