Job summary

MECCA is opening a new Castle Towers store in 2026 and is seeking Part-Time Zone Managers (15 hours per week) to join the leadership team from day one. You will help build a team, shape store culture, and deliver exceptional MECCA customer experiences for a brand-new community.

As a Zone Manager, you’ll guard the MECCA customer experience, coach your team, and partner with the Store Leadership Team to achieve commercial results and operational excellence while accommodating late-evening and

We're opening an exciting new MECCA store in Castle Towers, and we're looking for passionate leaders to help bring it to life from day one.

This is your opportunity to build a team from the ground up, shape an incredible store culture, and create unforgettable customer experiences for a brand-new community.

We're looking for Part-Time Zone Managers (15 hours per week) to join our leadership team and help launch our newest store.

Our Castle Towers store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.

As part of our leadership team, you'll be a guardian of the MECCA customer experience—leading with purpose, developing your team, and bringing MECCA magic to life every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
