Job summary

MECCA Brands is launching a new store at Castle Towers and seeks a Part-Time Zone Manager (15 hours per week) to help open and lead from day one. You will guide a team, shape store culture, and create memorable customer experiences for a brand-new community.

You will join the leadership team as a guardian of MECCA customer experience, coaching staff and driving operational excellence to ensure a successful store opening in late 2026.

We’re opening an exciting new MECCA store in Castle Towers , and we’re looking for passionate leaders to help bring it to life from day one.

This is your opportunity to build a team from the ground up, shape an incredible store culture, and create unforgettable customer experiences for a brand-new community.

We’re looking for Part-Time Zone Managers (15 hours per week) to join our leadership team and help launch our newest store.

Our Castle Towers store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll be a guardian of the MECCA customer experience —leading with purpose, developing your team, and bringing MECCA magic to life every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Champion the MECCA customer experience and lead your team by example
• Coach, develop and inspire your team to grow their capability every day

What success looks like in this role:

• Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
• Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members

• Availability to work late evenings and weekends
