MECCA Brands in Rouse Hill is opening a new store and is seeking a Part-Time Zone Manager (20 hours per week) to help launch from day one. You will build a team, shape an incredible store culture and create unforgettable customer experiences for a brand‑new community.

As a member of the leadership team, you’ll champion the MECCA customer experience, coach your team, and partner with the Store Leadership Team to deliver commercial results and operational excellence.

Help us open the doors to something special. We're opening an exciting new MECCA store in Rouse Hill, and we're looking for passionate leaders to help bring it to life from day one. This is your opportunity to build a team from the ground up, shape an incredible store culture, and create unforgettable customer experiences for a brand-new community. We're looking for a Part-Time Zone Manager (20 hours per week) to work Thu-Sat to join our leadership team and help launch our newest store. Our Rouse Hill store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening. As part of our leadership team, you'll be a guardian of the MECCA customer experience—leading with purpose, developing your team, and bringing MECCA magic to life every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Champion the MECCA customer experience and lead your team by example
• Coach, develop and inspire your team to grow their capability every day
• Partner with the Store Leadership Team to deliver commercial results and operational excellence

• Support the successful launch of our newest Rouse Hill store

What success looks like in this role:

• Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams

• Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
