Job summary

MECCA Brands is seeking a Zone Manager for our NSW store, to work 22 hours per week across Thursday to Saturday. You will lead from the shop floor, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver MECCA Magic and exceptional customer experiences, while driving commercial outcomes in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

You’ll balance service with KPIs, develop the team, and grow your leadership capability. Availability for late evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities to learn from

Zone Managers are the Guardians of the Customer Experience for our stores. They lead from the shop floor, creating exceptional customer moments while coaching and inspiring their team to deliver MECCA Magic every day.
