Job summary

MECCA Brands is opening a new Belconnen store in ACT and is seeking passionate leaders to launch it from day one. As a Part‑Time Zone Manager, you will help build a team, shape store culture and create memorable customer experiences for a brand-new community.

Join our leadership group to champion the MECCA customer experience, coach your team, and collaborate with the Store Leadership Team to drive commercial results while delivering exceptional service during late evenings and weekends.

Help us open the doors to something special. We're opening an exciting new MECCA store in Belconnen, ACT, and we're looking for passionate leaders to help bring it to life from day one. This is your opportunity to build a team from the ground up, shape an incredible store culture, and create unforgettable customer experiences for a brand-new community.

We're looking for Part‑Time Zone Managers to join our leadership team and help launch our newest store, to work 20 hours per‑week. Our Belconnen store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.

As part of our leadership team, you'll be a guardian of the MECCA customer experience - leading with purpose, developing your team, and bringing MECCA magic to life every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Champion the MECCA customer experience and lead your team by example

Requirement of the role

• Availability to work late evenings and weekends
