MECCA Brands Camberwell in VIC is looking for a passionate Zone Manager (3IC) to lead our store on a part-time basis. You will support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance.

You'll lead from the front, coach and engage your team to meet KPIs while upholding our values. Availability for late evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading large retail teams.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and going above and beyond.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
