Miele ANZ's Melbourne Experience Centre seeks an Assistant Experience Centre Manager to partner with the Experience Centre Manager, lead a passionate team, drive commercial performance and ensure a seamless customer journey.

In this hands-on leadership role you will coach and develop staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and collaborate with partners to deliver premium in-store experiences and demonstrations of Miele's products and services.

Responsabilités

• Support the Experience Centre Manager in leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
• Drive sales performance by motivating the team to achieve financial, service and customer experience targets
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey by leading consultative sales conversations and resolving customer enquiries with professionalism
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Experience Centre, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, merchandising and operational excellence
• Collaborate with the Culinary Team to deliver engaging demonstrations, customer events and premium in-store experiences
• Build strong relationships with local business partners, Miele Chartered Agents (MCAs) and internal stakeholders to drive customer referrals and business growth
• Take ownership of centre operations, including rostering, stock management, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

About Your Workplace

Your Responsibilities
