Teys Australia in Biloela, QLD is hiring Meat Process Workers (Entry Level and Skilled) for our meat processing site. You could be involved in packing, trimming, boning, slicing, cattle intake, product grading, and operating packaging machinery. We emphasise safety and teamwork and offer on-the-job training to help you grow.

Roles range from entry to skilled levels with full-time hours, 38–40 per week, including potential overtime and weekend shifts. Join a supportive team focused on wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Boner, Slicer or Slaughterman for Skilled Meat Worker roles – otherwise no experience required.
• Willing to work in either cool or warm temperature environments.
• Willing to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test.
• Q-fever vaccinated (or willingness to get).
• Able to provide two professional references.

About the Job

We are seekingskilledmeat workers (boners, slicers, andslaughtermen) and generalentry-levelproduction workers who valuecoming to work in a safe and supportive environment. You could find yourselfdoing any of the following activities:

• Packing, labelling and other general foodproduction.
• Trimming, cutting, boning, and slicing of our meatproducts.
• Cattle intake and processing.
• Product grading and sorting.
• Operating equipment and machinery such as packagingand loadout.
• Picking and packing, general labouring or forkliftdriving.
• Cleaning, quality and hygiene.

About You

Along with a “can do” attitude your skills and experience include:

• Full working rights in Australia.
