• Experience in program coordination, lifestyle or wellbeing roles within aged care.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Leadership experience or a desire to coach and support a team.

• Lead and evolve the Meaningful Life program to create engaging resident experiences.
• Develop personalised engagement plans respecting residents' backgrounds and preferences.
• Coach the care team to deliver meaningful daily interactions.
• Collaborate with clinical and allied health teams to support mobility and quality of life.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and vibrant community.
