Job summary

Opal HealthCare seeks a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead the Meaningful Life program at Carlingford Greens Care Community. The role is a permanent full-time position with Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, offering an attractive base salary plus 12% super.

Carlingford Greens Care Community opens early 2027 in Sydney’s north-west, designed for exceptional resident wellbeing. You will drive events, mentor staff, and collaborate with clinical teams to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, lifestyle or wellbeing roles (aged care highly regarded).
• Excellent creativity, organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse program of events and activities supporting wellbeing.
• Develop personalised engagement plans for residents.
• Coach and mentor care team to deliver meaningful daily interactions.
• Collaborate with clinical and allied health teams to support mobility and quality of life.
• Foster a vibrant community culture where residents thrive.
