Job summary

Sunshine College in Melbourne is seeking a Leading Teacher - Mathematics to strengthen curriculum delivery and improve student learning across its 7–12 campuses. You will lead teachers, model exemplary practice, and drive high-expectation mathematics teaching with a focus on Years 7–9 and cross-curricular alignment with English and SunLit programs.

• Experience leading mathematics teaching across multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum leadership and high-impact teaching strategies aligned to school priorities.
• Monitor student learning data and drive improvements in teaching practice.
• Provide instructional leadership and coaching to teachers across campuses.
• Contribute to school improvement initiatives and program evaluation.
• Collaborate with SunLit team and other departments to support reading and numeracy outcomes.
