Sunshine College is seeking a Learning Specialist Mathematics to strengthen high-quality teaching and learning in Mathematics across Years 7–9. You will model exemplary practice, lead targeted professional learning, and analyse student data to drive growth.

Collaboration with the Leading Teacher Essential Skills: Mathematics will be essential to building staff capacity and improving outcomes across campuses.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum and pedagogy.
• Ability to model high-impact teaching strategies and monitor student growth.
• Experience using data to inform instruction and provide feedback to students and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Mathematics teaching and learning improvements across Years 7–9.
• Coach teachers in evidence-based instructional practices and data-informed decision making.
• Collaborate with the Leading Teacher Essential Skills: Mathematics to strengthen learning outcomes.
• Analyse NAPLAN and SAC data to identify growth areas and monitor progress.
• Contribute to professional learning and school improvement initiatives.
