Job summary

St Christopher's Catholic Primary School Holsworthy in Sydney seeks a Mathematics Coordinator to lead K-6 mathematics curriculum development and model best-practice pedagogy within a Catholic learning environment. You will inspire teachers to implement student-centered approaches that support wellbeing and academic growth.

You will collaborate with staff to strengthen faith-based education and staff development.

Qualifications

• Expertise in developing a K-6 mathematics curriculum and applying effective learning pedagogies.
• Strong leadership skills in classroom management and a focus on student wellbeing.
• Ability to empower staff to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences.
• Evidence of leadership experience in mathematics.
• Tertiary qualification in Education and accreditation with NESA.
• Religious Education qualifications or willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
