Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services is seeking a seasoned Master Scheduler to own the master program schedule across large-scale programs. The role requires active NV1 security clearance and the ability to drive schedule health, deliverables, and capacity alignment across multiple teams.

Location is Melbourne-based with open candidates across Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra; the role interfaces with internal delivery teams, vendors and government clients to ensure on-time delivery and effective change

Qualifications

• Active NV1 Security Clearance required.
• Experience delivering large scale programs as Master Scheduler.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive master schedules for large programs.
• Analyse schedule data and coordinate with project managers to identify variances and drive corrective actions.
• Create data-driven reporting on schedule health, progress and capacity.
• Pursue continuous improvement in scheduling methods and reporting procedures.
• Coordinate with cost control and delivery teams to align priority dates with capacity.
• Engage with government clients to resolve blockers and hit delivery dates.
