Job summary

Bupa Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Program and Change Manager for our ADF Health Services team, reporting to the General Manager Projects & Performance. You will oversee a portfolio of programs and business change initiatives, ensuring milestones, readiness and strategic objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior program, project or change management roles.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Strong planning, governance, budgeting, risk and delivery performance skills.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, change management and operational readiness.
• Leadership capabilities coaching teams to deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments.
• Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline; certification in PMP/PRINCE2/MSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs and business change initiatives.
• Develop integrated program delivery plans with milestones, dependencies and budgets.
• Coach and develop a multidisciplinary team of project managers, business analysts, change analysts and communications professionals.
• Provide strategic advice and regular reporting to senior executives and governance committees.
