Job summary

Peoplebank and Leaders IT seek 2x Master Scheduler to support a large Federal Government organisation delivering major technology programs. You will develop and maintain integrated master schedules and work breakdown structures, and manage inter-project dependencies across multiple delivery teams and vendors.

Strong MS Project skills, governance reporting, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders are essential. Hybrid working available in Melbourne, Canberra, or Sydney.

• Experience aligning schedules with governance forums.
• Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and WBS.
• Coordinate inter-project dependencies across delivery teams and vendors.
• Provide schedule, milestone, and financial reporting into governance forums.
• Support multi-vendor environment and balance competing priorities.

About the role

We are seeking2x Master Schedulersto support a largeFederal Governmentorganisation delivering major technology programs (enterprise transformation and infrastructure uplift).

You will develop and maintain integrated master schedules and work breakdown structures, manage inter-project dependencies across multiple delivery teams, vendors, and provide clear schedule, milestone and financial reporting into governance forums.

Required skills

• Strong hands-on scheduling experience on complex enterprise IT programs/projects
• AdvancedMicrosoft Project Professionalskills
• Provendependency management(identifying, tracking, resolving cross-stream dependencies)
• Experience integrating schedules from multiple teams and/or external delivery partners into a single master schedule
• Solidgovernance reportingcapability (milestones, critical path, variances, RAID inputs) for senior forums
• Ability to supportfinancial tracking/reportingaligned to delivery plans
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
• Proficiency withMicrosoft 365collaboration/reporting tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) and ideallyPower BI
• Comfortable operating in amulti-vendor / multi-disciplinaryenvironment and managing competing priorities
