Job summary

Jellyfish Group in Australia is seeking a Senior Analytics Leader to oversee the Analytics team within Martech. You will set measurement strategy for enterprise clients and lead practitioners delivering it.

This leadership role emphasizes strategy, client leadership and team development, with a focus on modern measurement, AI in measurement, and ensuring high-quality data-driven decisions across markets.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience across the Google stack (GA4/GA360, server-side GTM, Google Cloud) with ability to recommend non-Google platforms.
• Over 3 years of leadership experience mentoring analysts and senior talent.
• Sufficient knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and visualization tools to audit solution design and maintain delivery standards.
• A track record in designing cross-channel measurement strategies (incrementality, MMM) and presenting findings to C-suite stakeholders.
• Clear POV on AI’s impact on measurement and agentic workflows.
• Commercial fluency at portfolio level including revenue, profitability and resourcing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic measurement roadmaps for enterprise clients linking implementation to business objectives.
• Own methodology across MMM, incrementality, geo-testing, privacy, and server-side architecture.
• Advise senior client marketing leaders and simplify complex measurement concepts into business strategy.
• Escalate critical technical decisions across the client portfolio.
• Define approach to AI in measurement including agentic solutions and AI-driven visibility in search.
• Establish risk frameworks for AI usage and data security with client privacy teams.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying MarTech expansion opportunities and overseeing project profitability.
• Support pitches, scope engagements, and represent the agency with thought leadership.
• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary analytics team with stakeholder-aligned workload health.
