Job summary

Jellyfish in Sydney seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead relationships across large enterprise accounts, delivering Jellyfish’s paid media, analytics and digital capabilities to drive client outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into strategic recommendations and optimizing account health and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing roles in advertising/marketing.
• Experience managing large, complex accounts with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems; familiarity with GMP (GA4/GA360, SA360, DV360, CM360).
• Strong analytics, measurement understanding and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day client lead for large Enterprise accounts.
• Own account plans covering growth, retention, and risk management.
• Translate client challenges into clear requirements and solutions with Jellyfish specialists.
• Lead renewals, scope development, and commercial discussions.
• Provide regular revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility.
