Job summary

Colonial First State is seeking a Senior Martech leader to drive cross-channel campaigns and customer experiences. You will manage a high‑performing team, partner across business units, and optimise AI-powered marketing capabilities using Adobe platforms.

The role focuses on governance, data privacy, and delivering measurable business impact in the wealth management sector. Based in Sydney, full-time with a dynamic, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in marketing operations roles, preferably in Financial Services.
• Experience leveraging AI, machine learning and generative AI in marketing/customer engagement.
• Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms including Adobe Campaign/Journey Optimiser/Experience Platform (AEM & CJA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Martech Campaign Delivery team (3 direct reports).
• Partner with multiple teams to deliver integrated customer experiences.
• Oversee vendor resources to maximise ROI and campaign velocity.
• Define and monitor campaign delivery KPIs and operational metrics.
• Own end-to-end campaign delivery across digital channels.
• Establish delivery standards, workflows, governance, and processes.
• Lead AI-enabled marketing capabilities adoption (content, optimization, automation).
• Drive improvements in marketing automation platforms and journey orchestration.
