Job summary

IAG Defence & National Security (DNS) invites applications for a permanent Growth Marketer role focused on Marketing Technology. You will shape MarTech/AdTech roadmaps, integrate analytics, and drive audience activation using first- and second-party data.

Collaborate across Marketing, Technology, Risk and Compliance, and manage relationships with vendors while championing privacy governance and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, digital, or related field.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Knowledge of AI and machine-learning applications within marketing.
• Collaborative across Marketing, Technology, Risk, Compliance and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of MarTech and AdTech roadmaps aligned with marketing priorities.
• Manage marketing technologies such as customer data platforms, journey tools, analytics platforms, clean rooms and advertising platforms.
• Assess emerging technologies and AI solutions to strengthen the MarTech ecosystem.
• Partner with Marketing, Marketing Science and broader teams to develop use cases for Adobe Real-Time CDP.
• Create and enable audiences using first-party signals and appropriate second-party data.
• Ensure analytics and optimisation tools are integrated with marketing technologies.
• Support platforms across GA4, DV360, Campaign Manager 360 and SA360.
• Maintain relationships with technology vendors and publishers; secure approvals for new platforms.
