Job summary

ManpowerGroup invites applications for a Senior Systems Analyst role supporting a major federal government digital transformation program. You will bridge business and technical teams, delivering scalable enterprise solutions across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

You will guide other analysts, support production issue investigations, and help transition new solutions into business as usual, in a hybrid environment with office presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Senior Systems Analyst in large/complex environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor analysts and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on high-level and detailed solution designs.
• Facilitate workshops to define system requirements and specs.
• Translate business needs into robust designs and data models.
• Develop and support reusable enterprise design patterns.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and standards.
• Work with UX/UI to deliver accessible, user-centred solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical concepts.
• Lead root cause analysis and production issue investigations.
• Transition project deliverables into BAU support.
• Produce system documentation: SRS, FDD, data models, ERDs, schemas.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support QA across teams.
• Support knowledge transfer and capability uplift.
