About the Role

We seek a reliable permanent full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote AI Star's security, IT and renewable products across our branches and national distribution network. You will manage digital marketing initiatives, conduct market research, and coordinate promotional activities with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business growth and brand visibility.

Duties & Responsibilities

Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products and services, including security, IT and renewable product ranges across AI Star's showrooms and national distribution centre.

Managing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and website content to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and inform business and marketing decisions, including product mix, pricing and distribution strategies.

Assisting with the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and brand activations, including industry exhibitions and showroom promotional activities.

Support branding initiatives by maintaining consistent brand messaging, visual identity and positioning across all marketing channels, collateral and customer touchpoints.

Identify and pursue new business development opportunities by researching potential markets, partners and customer segments, and supporting the development of proposals and promotional strategies.

Develop and implement customer relationship marketing activities to improve customer retention, loyalty and engagement, including targeted campaigns, CRM communications and post-sale follow-up.

Selection Criteria
