Job summary

Noble Home Builders is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to lead brand strategy and demand generation for residential construction services in Sydney. You will develop plans, manage campaigns, and coordinate with design, sales, and procurement teams to support growth.

This role requires strong content creation, social media management, SEO, and digital advertising skills, plus the ability to manage multiple projects with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing plans and brand strategies to promote the company's building and construction services, attract potential clients and support business growth.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target markets, understand industry trends and identify new business opportunities in the building and construction industry.

Analyse market demand, competitor pricing and customer preferences to recommend suitable pricing strategies for the company’s building and construction services.

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across the company's website, search engines, social media and online advertising platforms.

Develop and manage promotional campaigns to generate business enquiries and increase awareness of the company’s services.

Work with management and project teams to identify new business opportunities and prepare marketing materials including company profiles, project brochures, case studies, capability statements, presentations and advertisements for client proposals and project tenders.

Develop and manage project promotion initiatives to showcase completed construction projects, demonstrate the company's capabilities and support future business opportunities.

Coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, networking events and promotional activities.

Oversee the company's website and social media content to ensure information is accurate, up to date and consistent with the company’s brand, implement search engine optimisation (SEO) and content strategies to improve online visibility and attract potential clients.

Monitor campaign performance, website traffic and customer enquiries, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

Experience in marketing in relevant industry.

Strong written communication, content creation and organisational skills.

Experience with social media management, digital advertising, SEO and website content management.
