Qualifications

• Experience in marketing in relevant industry.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and brand strategies to promote the company's building and construction services, attract potential clients and support business growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target markets, understand industry trends and identify new business opportunities in the building and construction industry.
• Analyse market demand, competitor pricing and customer preferences to recommend suitable pricing strategies for the company’s building and construction services.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across the company's website, search engines, social media and online advertising platforms.
• Develop and manage promotional campaigns to generate business enquiries and increase awareness of the company’s services.
