Marble Group in Melbourne is seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to own and deliver the company’s marketing strategy across its residential portfolio. You will work with the Sales Director and external agency partners to influence brand direction, lead generation and customer engagement.

This hands-on role covers digital campaigns, website performance, display home launches, product releases, promotions and brand management.

Competenze

• 5+ years in a Marketing leadership or senior marketing role.
• Experience managing external marketing agencies and multiple projects.
• Strong digital marketing across Meta, Google Analytics, SEO and lead generation.

Our Client

Our client is a growing custom home builder with a strong focus on quality, design and customer experience. They are looking for an ambitious marketing professional ready to take ownership of the marketing function and play a key role in supporting continued business growth.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will own and deliver the company's marketing strategy across its residential building portfolio. Working closely with the Sales Director, senior management and external agency partners, you will have influence across brand direction, lead generation and customer engagement.

This is a hands‑on role covering everything from digital campaigns and website performance through to display home launches, new product releases, promotions and brand management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
• Manage the annual marketing calendar, campaigns, promotions and product launches
• Manage external creative, digital, web, media and SEO agency partners
• Oversee website content, performance and lead generation
• Manage paid, organic and email digital campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, analytics and digital marketing results
• Manage brand identity and marketing assets across all customer touchpoints
• Plan and execute new product and display home launches
• Work closely with Sales, Design, Estimating and Construction teams
• Monitor competitors, housing trends and market opportunities
• Prepare marketing reports and recommendations for senior management
• Assist with managing the marketing budget and measuring marketing ROI

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a Marketing Executive, Marketing Specialist, Senior Marketing Coordinator or similar role
• Alread in or eady to step into a Marketing Manager position with the confidence to work autonomously
• Strong digital marketing experience across Meta, Google Analytics, SEO, websites and lead generation
• Experience managing external marketing agencies and multiple projects
• Strong commercial, analytical and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Residential construction, property, land development or real estate experience highly regarded
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between display homes and head office
