You will develop and implement marketing plans, monitor campaigns, manage budgets, and stay ahead of market trends to keep campaigns competitive across Brisbane's developments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a marketing manager in residential real estate or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of real estate marketing principles, customer segmentation, and market positioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
• Indesign experience is a plus.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
