Qualifications

• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with marketing experience for recruitment industry.
• Ability to work on strategy alongside the Director and execute content, campaigns and marketing materials.
• Digital marketing experience is advantageous; experience with SEEK, LinkedIn and other platforms is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Strategise attraction opportunities for new positions, hard-to-fill positions and overall client attraction.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for specific positions and relocations.
• Storyboard video content and track campaign performance to identify improvements.
