In traditional resourcing companies, 1 person does it all. At Rogers, we are setting up separate specialist areas to support client's resourcing and put people where they flourish best.This role will be the beginningof ourmarketing and attractions team. Our Marketing Leadwill support the broader team withrelocation campaigns, writing and editing content,attraction for our clients - why work at our clients' business& vacant positions. This role will also support our team in thinking about and fleshing out what the opportunities are for candidates with different clients and positions so they can speak about the client and positions with greater confidence.

In 2027 we have a relocations campaign 'Move for Opportunity' - andwe are looking for the right individual to work on from infancy & executeto budget, to support open jobsin regional areas &relocation opportunities across Australia.

About You

We are seeking a creative, out of the box thinker who can apply their marketing experienceto the recruitment industry. You will need to be able to work on strategy alongside the Directorand also execute content, campaigns&marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategise Attraction Opportunities for New Positions, Hard to Fill Positions &Overall Client Attraction
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for specific positions &relocations
• Creative problem solver - working on our hard to fill positions and how we can engage with specific target audiences for positions to engage new candidates
• Storyboard video content - testimonials, client videos for attraction purposes
• Track campaign performance to identify what's working and where there is room for improvement
• Write and edit content and adverts
• Digital marketing experience is advantageous
• Proactive at supporting the team to deliver 'Attraction' as an add on for our clients - why work at their business
• Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, agencies and platforms to maximise value and ensure marketing resources are used effectively.
• Work with the director to define the overall Rogers brand and marketing direction for the next few years
• Oversee customer journey and marketing automation initiatives, improving customer engagement and lifecycle communications.
• Work with our Relationship Manager to support new and existing Rogers' client engagement
• Willingness to assist team members and support the team during peak periods to get the task over the line
• Supporting the team with nurture campaigns to build relationships with candidates, send targeted email &textmarketing
• We're a small team, not afraid to jump in and help the team out with what's needed
• Willing to take on feedback from client and adapt to changing needs and priorities
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Take ownership and happy to test, learn and improve
• Demonstrated previous experience in creating and delivering marketing content, strategy to budget
• Customer facing with clients
• Digital Marketing Experience is preferred
• Experience with SEEK, LinkedIn and other platforms is advantageous but not essential
• Working with clients to articulate the why behind, what their business feels like, their culture and vision &creating content to reflect who they are,
• Storyboard planning for video content
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage own workload and prioritise
• Autonomous, team player and calm under pressure
• Organised and proactive approach with ability to prioritise against deadlines
• Experience - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Canva
