Job summary

Resolver Recruitment’s Sydney-based client, a leading project marketing and real estate advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function across digital, social, project marketing, events and brand, while managing a small team.

You will develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, manage Meta and Google Ads, drive content calendars and audience growth, and collaborate with senior leadership to expand the brand and ROI across local and international

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing within real estate, property or development.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience delivering property or project marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative mindset with strong commercial thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage Meta and Google Ads, budgets, CPL and lead generation.
• Drive social media strategy, content calendars and audience growth.
• Lead end-to-end project and property marketing campaigns.
• Oversee REA, Domain, EDMs, websites and marketing collateral.
• Deliver project launches, VIP events and brand activations.
• Manage and mentor marketing staff, contractors and suppliers.
• Analyse campaign performance, leads and ROI.
• Introduce AI, automation and emerging technology to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support continued brand and business growth.
