Job summary

LEAP Legal Software is seeking a Marketing Manager – Practice Areas to lead strategy and own marketing for LEAP AU’s Practice Areas. You’ll build messaging and ICPs, and drive go-to-market for new app releases across six practice areas to foster real adoption.

Based in Sydney with a hybrid model, you’ll collaborate with practice-area leads, practising lawyers and designers, helping shape the broader AU marketing plan and journey from awareness to adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing or related field.
• Experience owning a product, segment or audience end to end.
• Strong writing and audience insight for professional audiences.
• Experience briefing designers and developers and crossing teams.
• Strategy and leadership experience in marketing function.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and own marketing for LEAP AU’s Practice Areas.
• Plan go-to-market for new apps and features.
• Develop practice area positioning, messaging and ICP.
• Create content, podcasts, CPD events and social campaigns.
• Collaborate with Practice Area teams and practising lawyers.
• Measure impact and use AI-driven insights to shape future work.
