Job summary

LEAP is seeking a mid-weight Visual Designer for Practice Areas in Sydney. You will own the visual identity for each Practice Area vertical, crafting logos, color systems and visuals that sit within the LEAP master brand.

Based in Sydney with a hybrid model, you will collaborate with the AU Marketing Lead and wider teams to deliver distinct, client-centric visuals. You will bring 5+ years of graphic design experience in B2B or SaaS, a strong portfolio across digital, print and motion, and

Qualifications

5+ years of graphic design experience in B2B, SaaS or technology brands.
Portfolio demonstrating clean, modern visuals across digital, print and motion.
Experience leading visual direction and translating briefs into brand visuals.
Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Shape practice areas identity with logos, colour, shapes and visual language.
Create high-impact graphics and illustrations for landing pages, campaigns, brochures and events.
Translate product value into clear visuals for lawyers and firms who use the products.
Experiment with AI-driven design tools to push creative boundaries and stay ahead.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product and broader teams to maintain visual consistency across practice areas.
