Job summary

LEAP is seeking a Visual Designer – Practice Areas to own the look and feel of LEAP's Practice Area verticals in Australia. You’ll craft distinct, cohesive visual identities that sit within the LEAP master brand and work with the AU Marketing Lead.

You’ll bring 5+ years’ graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma, Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite. We offer a hybrid Sydney-based role with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B, SaaS or technology brand.
• Standout portfolio with modern, impactful visuals across digital, print and motion.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience taking briefs from marketing and product stakeholders and leading visual direction.

Responsibilities

• Shape practice areas identity, leading visual identity for each Practice Area verticals within LEAP’s master brand.
• Create high-impact graphics and illustrations for landing pages, campaigns, brochures and events.
• Translate product value into clear visuals in collaboration with marketing to show benefits to lawyers and firms.
• Experiment with AI-driven design tools to push creative boundaries.
• Collaborate across AU Marketing and product teams to maintain a consistent creative vision.
