Job summary

LEAP Legal Software seeks a Client Success Manager in Sydney to support law firms using LEAP's productivity solutions. You will nurture client relationships, demonstrate features, manage accounts, and drive retention and growth through on-site and online engagements.

The role requires 2+ years of law firm experience, strong relationship and presentation skills, and willingness to travel across Australia; prior LEAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a law firm or legal practice.
• Strong ability to build trusted client relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Proven track record in achieving targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate LEAP features and new products to clients.
• Manage client accounts and engagement, ensuring retention and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Implementations, Renewals and Product teams to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Log client activity in CRM (Salesforce) and prepare health metrics.
• Attend conferences, roadshows, and client meetings across Australia.
