Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Marketing Manager focused on new restaurant openings across Australia, driving end-to-end marketing strategy for 30–40 openings per year. You will lead a small team and coordinate across communities, schools, clubs and national activations to bring the brand to life.

The role requires weekend/evening availability around openings and activations, with opportunities for stock-based incentives and a clear growth path within a fast-paced, high-growth company.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated local area marketing experience with events, activations or opening marketing.
• Experience delivering campaigns in QSR/retail/hospitality environments.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple openings and activations.
• Holistic marketing approach across digital, social and local channels.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for new restaurant openings (30–40/year).
• Develop 120-day marketing plans for each NRO and coordinate with State Marketing Managers.
• Build relationships with local communities, businesses, schools and clubs ahead of openings.
• Create crew engagement and fan activation programs to build brand love.
• Design activation concepts to bring the GYG brand to life in-restaurant and community.
• Recruit, brief and manage activation talent for events and openings.
• Coordinate NRO marketing logistics (print, signage, media, on-ground execution).
• Report openings activity to capture learnings and improve future NROs.
• Develop and lead national activations, including sponsorship and state-specific support.
