Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Bathurst is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the new restaurant opening in early 2027. You will oversee daily operations, guide the team through peak service periods, and contribute to guest experience and store performance.

The role requires experience leading a busy hospitality team, delivering exceptional service, and strong communication. You will support training, inventory and financial management, with opportunities for career growth

New Restaurant Opening early 2027!

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.
