Journey Beyond is seeking a commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing across Kingfisher Bay Resort, K\'gari Beach Resort, Tours and our Marine business on K\'gari (Fraser Island). You will drive occupancy, revenue and brand awareness while collaborating with revenue management and tourism partners to influence business performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Experience within tourism, hospitality, accommodation, travel or resort environments.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM and social media.
• Experience driving direct bookings, occupancy and revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret performance and market data.
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers and marketing budgets.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, Tourism or Hospitality Management.

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and plans aligned to occupancy and revenue targets.
• Drive growth in direct bookings through digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
• Partner with the Revenue Manager on yield optimisation and demand generation initiatives.
• Lead seasonal campaigns, promotions and tactical marketing activities.
• Manage digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, CRM, email marketing and paid advertising.
• Develop accommodation, touring and event packages that increase visitation and guest spend.
• Manage agency, media, tourism and industry stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure strong ROAS.
• Monitor campaign performance, booking trends and customer insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion brand integrity across all customer touchpoints and marketing assets.
