Job summary

Spotlight Group Holdings in Melbourne, Victoria, is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative team and help bring exciting campaigns and events to life.

You will coordinate events across online and offline channels, support internal and external agencies, collaborate with the broader marketing team, and ensure materials and campaign requirements are in place from planning through to delivery.

Qualifications

• Marketing/Business degree student or recent graduate.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn.
• Great attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a knack for multitasking.
• Excellent communication across departments (written & verbal), and a problem-solving mindset.
• Flexibility and able to adapt to the changing retail environment.
• Passion for retail and a desire to make a difference in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing events across all channels to market (online & offline).
• Support internal & external agencies, ensuring seamless campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team, including specialists & managers.
• Help coordinate marketing materials and campaign requirements, ensuring the right details are in place from planning through to delivery.
• Gain valuable experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Work closely with the merchandise and creative team.
• Bring your organisation, attention to detail and can-do attitude to a variety of projects, while looking for ways to improve how things are done.
