Spotlight Group Holdings (SGH) is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative team and help bring exciting campaigns, events and initiatives to life. This role offers a central Melbourne office, hybrid working flexibility and exposure to multiple brands including Spotlight, Anaconda, Mountain Designs and Harris Scarfe.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing events across channels (online & offline).
• Support internal & external agencies to ensure campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with broader marketing team including specialists & managers.
• Help coordinate marketing materials and campaign requirements from planning to delivery.
• Gain valuable experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Work closely with merchandise and creative teams.
• Bring organisation and a can-do attitude to diverse projects.

• Coordinate marketing events across all channels to market (online & offline)
• Support internal & external agencies, ensuring seamless campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team, including specialists & managers.
• Help coordinate marketing materials and campaign requirements, ensuring the right details are in place from planning through to delivery.
• Gain valuable experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Work closely with the merchandise and creative team
• Bring your organisation, attention to detail and can-do attitude to a variety of projects, while looking for ways to improve how things are done.
