Spotlight Group Holdings is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of our paid digital marketing strategies across search, programmatic, and affiliates. You will drive ecommerce and store growth, own campaigns and budgets, and partner with internal teams and external agencies in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead always-on and seasonal paid digital campaigns across Paid Search, Performance Max, Programmatic and Affiliates.
• Evolve the digital roadmap with test-and-learn initiatives and supplier partnerships.
• Manage multi-channel digital investments, forecasts, reconciliations and ROI optimization.
• Leverage analytics and data visualization to generate actionable insights and champion best practices.
• Cultivate relationships with agency partners and cross-functional teams (Ecommerce, Brand, CRM, Analytics).

What You'll Be Doing

• Strategy & Execution: Lead always-on and seasonal paid digital campaigns across Paid Search, Performance Max, Programmatic, and Affiliates to hit commercial and customer growth targets.
• Digital Roadmap: Monitor and evolve the digital roadmap, test-and-learn initiatives, and Suppliers Partnerships.
• Budget & Financial Governance: Manage multi-channel digital investments, forecasts, reconciliations, and ROI optimisation.
• Analytics & Innovation: Leverage advanced analytics (Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platforms, Data Studio Dashboards) to generate actionable insights and champion digital best practices.
• Stakeholder & Agency Leadership: Cultivate high-performing relationships with external agency partners and cross-functional teams (eCommerce, Brand, CRM, and Analytics).

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 years' experience in paid digital or performance marketing.
• Proven expertise managing paid search, programmatic, and affiliate marketing programs at scale.
• Strong command of eCommerce performance drivers, digital acquisition, and conversion optimization.
• Advanced analytical capability with proficiency in Google Marketing Platforms, Looker Studio, and Excel.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
