Job summary

Endeavour Group's BWS is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for an 8-month fixed-term opportunity in Sydney. You will lead the execution and rollout of in-store POS materials, marketing collateral, and digital content across core project workstreams and support asset scheduling, campaign workflows, agency coordination, and cross-functional administration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, retail, or agency environments.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, eager to learn and champion new workflow tools.
• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of brand POS, campaign collateral, and marketing assets within timelines and budgets.
• Oversee the monthly digital screen program including briefs, reviews, approvals, and scheduling.
• Assist with end-to-end coordination, production, and in-store rollout of macro space POS materials.
• Serve as team champion for campaign workflow and AI platforms, aligning cross-functional teams on processes.
• Maintain relationships with creative, production and media agencies to track delivery and budgets.
